The word "Weeee" has become farily common here at the office lately, for two reasons: the first is this fanboy ad for Firefox.

The other is the fact that Nintendo has made the probably-fatal decision to call their next-gen console the "Wii" (pronounced WEEEEE!). I was wondering...

If they make memory modules that had a keyring on the back, would it be called the "Key-Wii"?

If they came out with a miniturized version, ala the PS One, would it be the "Pee-Wii"?

So, if you get another one, and want to get the official Nintendo direct-link cable, would it be called the "Wii-wii"?

If you got pwn3d in a direct link head-to-head game, you it be reffered to as getting "Wii-Wii slapped"?

If you were playing a head-to-head game, and the neighbors got pissed at all the noise you were making and called the cops, would the cops cut your wii-wii off?

If you kept playing after the cops left, and then your neighbor got so pissed they broke into your house and threw your console into the ocean, would you be "Sea-Wii'd"?

Just thinkin' out loud.

Once upon I time I liked camping. I really did. It was fun
to get out in the woods and rough it for a weekend, making
fires by rubbing two sticks together and whatnot. I even
tried getting my son into by going with him on a yearly
camping trip right around the time of our birthdays in early
April. This years trip, however, was an exercise in
stretching the envelope of human suffering. Never in my life
have I had a reaction to pollen this bad. You athsmatics out
there can appreciate what a bad attack feels like. You have
to struggle to breathe, you lungs hurt from trying to pull
air through the ever-tightening sippy straw that is your
esophogas, and you can't speak for lack of air and an
overabundance of phlegm trying to plug up what little airway
you still have left. Now, imagine that sensation lasting for
three days straight. I was coughing so hard I could taste
blood. I'm still coughing up chunks of mucus from the
bottoms of my lungs, and I think I'm fighting an ear
infection too. I'm going to see a specialist Real Soon Now
to see if I'm eligible for the alergy shot. Anyone who knows
me knows I hate needles with a passion, so voluntarily
asking if I can get an injection is damn-near like watching
the four horsemen of the apocolypse saddling up and the
devil himself stocking up on Ice-Melt for his driveway. Wish
me luck!

(it's a long process, seeing as this blog is run by very suckfull software that does not produce a usable RSS feed or any other way to export the data). Please feel free to continue posting comments, I am still monitoring the blog. I've simply moved to a blog engine that does not suck so badly. Thank you!
I was born April 11, 1978 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. I've lived in Virginia most of my life, but have spent some time in Northern California, North Carolina, the Virgin Islands and Kansas while in the Coast Guard. Now I've settled down in Elizabeth City, NC and don't plan on moving for quite some time. I'm happily married to my high school sweetheart Westly Anne, and we have three children that are all cuter than yours. I currently work for Canon Information Technology Services, the company that handles all the tech support for Canon (the electronics and imaging giant) for the entire US. I'm the lead technical trainer in the cameras department. I've also worked for Exis.Net, as cheap labor in a chemichal plant in Portsmouth VA that makes the absorbent powder for baby diapers, and as an "Interpretive Ranger" (AKA Tour Guide) at a state park in Virginia.
